Kraiya Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Using the Platform

01 General Terms

Kraiya (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Kraiya and all users of the Platform.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kraiya. Any violation may result in permanent account termination and legal action where applicable.

• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Involvement in money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems

If there is a remaining balance when an account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it in accordance with our rules. However, if the account is closed due to a violation, the balance may be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

Kraiya will not be held liable in the following circumstances.
